بنی اسراءیل اور اسرائیل کی تاریخ

انشاء اللہ بنی اسراءیل کی تاریخ کا صرف خاکہ پیش کر نے کے بعد ریاست اسرائیل کے تاریخی حقائق لکھوں گا جن کی بنیاد ویب پر موجود اور غیرموجود تحاریر کے علاوہ پچھلے 55 سال میں اکٹھی کی ہوئی میری ذاتی معلومات پر ہے ۔ 1932 سے دسمبر 1947 عیسوی تک میرے والد صاحب کے کاروبار کا مرکز فلسطین تھا ۔ ان کی رہائش فلسطین کے ایک شہرطولکرم اور ہیڈ آفس حیفہ میں تھا ۔ والدہ صاحبہ کبھی مصر میں میرے نانا نانی کے پاس یا فلسطین میں والد صاحب کے ساتھ رہتیں کبھی ہندوستان ميں ہمارے ساتھ ۔ میری ایک بڑی بہن 1933 میں قاہرہ (مصر) میں پیدا ہوئی اور ایک چھوٹا بھائی 1947 میں فلسطین میں نابلس کے ہسپتال میں پیدا ہوا ۔ ميں اپنے دادا دادی کے پاس ہندوستان ہی میں رہا ۔

بنی اسراءیل

حضرت ابراھیم علیہ السلام کے بڑے بیٹے حضرت اسماعیل علیہ السلام اور چھوٹے بیٹے حضرت اسحاق علیہ السلام تھے ۔ خانہ کعبہ حضرت ابراھیم علیہ السلام اور حضرت اسماعیل علیہ السلام نے آج سے 4000 سال قبل تعمیر کیا تھا البتہ کچھ حوالوں سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ اسی جگہ حضرت نوح علیہ السلام نے کعبہ تعمیر کیا تھا ۔ حضرت ابراھیم علیہ السلام نے فلسطین کے علاقہ بیت المقدّس میں بھی عبادت گاہ بنائی ۔ حضرت اسحاق علیہ السلام بھی وہاں عبادت کرتے رہے مگر حج کے لئے وہ مکّہ مکرمہ میں خانہ کعبہ ہی جاتے تھے ۔

حضرت اسحاق علیہ السلام کے بیٹے حضرت یعقوب علیہ السلام تھے ۔ اسراءیل حضرت یعقوب علیہ السلام کا لقب تھا ۔ اسراءیل کے معنی ہیں عبداللہ یا خدا کا بندہ ۔ بنی اسراءیل ان کے قبیلہ کو کہا جاتا ہے ۔حضرت یعقوب علیہ السلام کے بیٹے حضرت یوسف علیہ السلام تھے جو مصر کے بادشاہ بنے ۔ بنی اسراءیل میں پھر حضرت موسی علیہ السلام مصر میں پیدا ہوۓ ۔ ان کے بعد حضرت داؤد علیہ السلام صحراۓ سینائی کے علاقہ میں پیدا ہوۓ جو بعد میں فلسطین چلے گئے ۔

جب حضرت داؤد علیہ السلام نے انتہائی طاقتور دیو ہیکل جالوت (گولائتھ) کو اللہ کی نصرت سے غلیل کا پتھر مار کر گرا دیا تو فلسطین کے بادشاہ صول نے حسب وعدہ ان کی شادی اپنی بیٹی مشل سے کر دی ۔ صول کے مرنے کے بعد حضرت داؤد علیہ السلام فلسطین کے بادشاہ بنے ۔ حضرت داؤد علیہ السلام کی وفات کے بعد ان کے بیٹے حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام فلسطین کے بادشاہ بنے ۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالی نے ہوا ۔ جن اور ہر قسم کے جانور حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام کے تابع کر دیئے تھے ۔ قبل مسیح 961 سے قبل مسیح 922 کے دوران حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام نے جنّوں کی مدد سے مسجد الاقصی اسی جگہ تعمیر کروائی جہاں حضرت ابراھیم علیہ السلام نے عبادت گاہ تعمیر کرائی تھی ۔

586 قبل مسیح میں یہ ریاست دو حصوں میں تقسیم ہو گئی ۔ جنوبی علاقہ پر بابل کے لوگوں نے قبضہ کر کے عبادت گاہ مسمار کر دی اور بنی اسراءیل کو وہاں سے نکال کر اپنا غلام بنا لیا ۔ اس کے سو سال بعد بنی اسراءیل واپس آنے شرو‏ ع ہوئے اور انہوں نے اپنی عبادت گاہ تعمیر کی مگر اس جگہ نہیں جہاں حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام نے عبادت گاہ بنوائی تھی ۔ 333 قبل مسیح میں سکندراعظم نے اسے یونان کی سلطنت میں شامل کر کے بنی اسراءیل کو وہاں سے نکال دیا ۔ 165 قبل مسیح میں بنی اسراءیل نے بغاوت کر کے ایک یہودی سلطنت کی بنیاد رکھی ۔ سوسال بعد یہودی ریاست پر سلطنت روم کا قبضہ ہو گیا ۔ 70 عیسوی میں یہودیوں نے بغاوت کی جسے شہنشاہ ٹائٹس نے کچل دیا اور یہودیوں کی عبادت گاہ مسمار کر کے انہیں وہاں سے نکال دیا ۔ روم کے بادشاہ حیدریاں (138-118 عیسوی) نے یہودیوں کو شروع میں بیت المقدس آنے کی اجازت دی لیکن بغاوت کرنے پر بیت المقدس کے شہر کو مکمل طور پر تباہ کر کے یہودیوں کو غلاموں کے طور بیچ کر شہر بدر کر دیا اور ان کا واپس بیت المقدّس آنا ممنوع قرار دے دیا ۔

614 عیسوی سے 624 عیسوی تک فلسطین پر ایرانیوں کی حکومت رہی جنہوں نے یہودیوں کو عبادت کرنے کی کھلی چھٹی دے دی مگر انہوں نے مسجد الاقصی میں عبادت نہ کی اور عرب عیسائیوں پر بہت ظلم کئے ۔ اس کے بعد بازنطینی حکومت آئی جس نے 636 عیسوی میں مذہبی پیشوا کے کہنے پر بغیر جنگ کے امیر المومنین حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کو محافظ اور امن کا پیامبر قرار دے کر بیت المقدس ان کے حوالے کر دیا ۔ حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے مسجد الاقصی کی تعمیر 639 عیسوی میں اس جگہ پر شروع کروائی جہاں پر اسے حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام نے تعمیر کروایا تھا ۔ 636 سے 1918 عیسوی تک یعنی 1282 سال فلسطین پر جس میں اردن بھی شامل تھا مسلمانوں کی حکومت رہی سواۓ صلیبی جنگوں کے کچھ عرصہ کے ۔ اس وقت تک یہودیوں کو فلسطین سے باہر ہوۓ 1800 سال ہو چکے تھے ۔

بنی اسراءیل کے متعلق تاریخی حقیقت یہ ہے کہ انہوں نے بہت سے نبیوں کو قتل کیا جن میں ان کے اپنے قبیلہ کے حضرت زکریّا علیہ السلام اور حضرت یحی علیہ السلام بھی شامل ہیں ۔ حضرت عیسی علیہ السلام بھی اسی قبیلہ سے تھے ۔ ان کو بھی قتل کرنا چاہا مگر اللہ نے انہیں بچالیا اور ان کا کوئی ہم شکل قتل کر دیا گیا ۔ خلق خدا کو بھی بنی اسراءیل بہت اذیّت پہنچاتے رہے ۔

    عیسوی میں سلطنت عثمانیہ کے اختتام کے وقت فلسطین میں یہودیوں کی تعداد دو ہزار سے کم تھی جبکہ مسلمانوں کی تعداد پانچ لاکھ سے زائد تھی ۔

    جہاں تک میرا علم ہے ۱۹۱۸ میں فلسطین میں انسٹھ ہزار یہودی تھے۔

    یہ مجھ سے کچھ غلطی ہو گئی ۔ اس فقرہ کا اس عبارت سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے اور میں نے مٹانا تھا ۔ صیصح صورت حال اگلی پوسٹ میں ہو گی ۔ صحیح فقرہ یہ ہے کہ 1897 میں یہودیوں کی تعداد دو ہزار کے قریب ہو گئی تھی۔

    You have touched upon the whole world. Incidentally, I am writing only briefly “how the state of Israel came in to being” narrating only historical facts and leaving out my opinion.

    Talking of Salahuddin Ayubi, it is not right to say that he ordered killing of all the Christians in Palestine. Can you, please, refer to some authentic book of history to support your statement? Also, Jews didn’t help Muslims but didn’t join hands with Christians due to their long suffering at the hands of Christians. There is nothing in the history about Jews ever being friends of Muslims.

    Your idea of nationalism on the basis of geography is not convincing because geographical boundaries are water, mountains, etc. Except for tiny states like Maldives, no country fulfils the geographic conditions. The other form of nationalism is also disputed because that may bifurcate / disintegrate nearly all the countries in the world. For example, UK has the English, the Scot, the Irish, etc. Americans in USA have dozens of ancestral links and have not been able to reconcile as one nation in all respects. In case of Pakistan, if nationalism is accepted, a small minority who have politically grouped themselves as PONM, will have free hand to (God forbid) shear the country and vanish with it. All nations you have referred to (Pakistan, Turkey, Israel, America, British) have religion links. People of Pakistan love Muslims of the world more than non-Muslims, American Jews are for Israel even more than America. The Turkish people love Muslims much more than any person in their neighbouring countries. America attacked Afghanistan and Iraq and is continuing aggression because the American Government comprises extremist Christians. Thus nationalism can not replace the religion.

    Talking of alliance / friendship strategically, it has to be based on mutual beliefs otherwise it will never be trustworthy. There are innumerable examples of it in the history. Even the cases of traitors you mentioned (Jaffar & Sadiq to name two), are due to belief of the traitor in material and of the betrayed in religion or country.

    Your mention, of Pakistan facing internal and external challenges, is out-placed. Firstly, I have not said anything against recognizing or having trade with Israel. Secondly, What will Pakistan gain from becoming a friend of Israel while having been a friend of USA it has always suffered? Thirdly, example of Saudi Arabia is not impressive because (1) Saudi Arabia is a kingdom (2) Has Pakistan adopted everything else of Saudi Arabia that only befriending Israel is left ? Fourth, If only oil makes a country rich then what about Dubai?

    Any way it is a result of wrong decisions of her dictatorial regimes and will go on increasing if the dictatorship continues.

    Further, change is not always necessary. There has to be a logical approach to change so that the nation can benefit from it.

    Jazakh Allah for the history..coz it helped me in a way..( I have moved in from Dubai to states 2 months ago) A christian told me that her bible says whoever messes up with Israil is ruined..Now i know how those who changed the bible have written this statement.

    Please, never involve yourself in discussion on religion, especially, never tell any Christian / Jew that their book is false or had been altered. If, somehow, there is talk about religion, just be a patient listner and when you find the person in receptive mood, handover English translation of Sura Mariam verses 16 to 37 to him / her.     Better collect the translation by Pickthal and keep prints with you.

    Ajmal Sahab, do you really believe in history books? after all most of the history written is written and re-written by people under pressure ( which includes Muslims, Hindu, Christain, Jews and others ) - conquerers wrote history in there favour.
    Pope John Paul III , three year before dying made a apology , apology to Muslims and Jews of what Christain Kings did in Crusades I , II and III ; Pope had decency to apologize ; we muslims did not utter a word ( i think this was because of a central figure in Muslim World like a Pope in Christanity ) - in short , History is half truth , written by victors
    My philosophy of nationalism , although religions of the world and specially Islam regards nationalism as 'shirk' is reality ; nationalism has replaced religious alliances in real world ( Egypt's recognization of Israel to Pakistanis landing there hands to Americans to help U.S.A to take over Afghanistan - which in religious sense a wrong decision but in reality in Pakistan's National Intrest * ofcourse , at that time as other option meant , if not a full fledge war but economic sanctions * ) .
    You are correct in pointing out about dictatorship in Islamic countries which results in decision close to people's point of view but although democracy is (at present) the best replacement why are we *specially Pakistanis* are in a myth that any democratic government in any muslim country would help another muslim country risking her national security?

    We are digressing from the topic of my post but, since you have raised some important points, I am continuing with it.
    Of course history books are, generally, written to please the financier. Even a man like Morcopolo didn't make any mention of Chaw (tea) in China in his diary while Chaw was the main drink of Chinese in those days. It can be deduced from it that Marcopolo didn't visit China.
    Any way, my question (where did you read that Salahuddin Ayubi ordered killing of all Christians in Palestine?) has remained unanswered.
    The last Pope had in his last years of life favoured some true actions but Christions didn't pay any attention.

    It is not correct to say that Islam considers nationalism as 'Shirk' because protection of one's country is Jihad. Can you refer any Hadith on this ?

    It is also not correct that Pakistan benefitted from siding with US administration to convert Afghanistan in to slaughterhouse and ruins. US administration had promised only one billion while the deficit caused to Pakistan has already gone above 6 billion and will continue to swell and in addition we now have hostile Western border while Eastern is already hostile. Coming to the fairness or otherwise of this action, The attack on Afghanistan was not only against the religion teachings but against all ethical as well as human norms. At the least it can be called a blatant aggression and barbarism without any plausible reason except selfgreed.

    Regarding democracy: It is the only good worldly system of government. It is another thing that true democracy has yet to come in any country of the world because after having been elected, public representatives start using their whims without caring for wishes of their voters and cover that up with propaganda.
