آئین جواں مرداں حق گوئی و بے باکی..اللہ کے بندوں کو آتی نہیں روباہی...Humanity is declining by the day because an invisible termite, Hypocrisy منافقت eats away human values instilled in human brain by the Creator. I dedicate my blog to reveal ugly faces of this monster and will try to find ways to guard against it. My blog will be objective and impersonal. قوانین میں منافقت ؟ Hypocrisy in laws ?

I have generally blocked all pop ups on my computer and also try to control my own hard Disk (mind) and allow only useful pop ups. While reading Asma’s comment on post of May 29 of my blog “What am I”, a pop-up appeared in my memory showing me a trailer of the history of laws in our country.

If one studies the laws of our country minutely, it appears to his / her mind that many of these have been promulgated to make administration of justice difficult. A glaring example is that of Hadood Ordinance which is not properly worded and, also, implementation of which is difficult because the other laws governing it’s working and implementation have not been changed.

Then we come to the securing or providing justice to common man. If a crime (theft, murder, etc) takes place, F.I.R has to be registered at the Police Station of the area. Working of Police department is such that more unlawful incidences in an area the worse is considered working of Police Station of that area. Consequently, all Police Stations hesitate to register an F.I.R.

Courts and police department are meant to provide justice to people. Our government uses courts to get decisions favouring the government. Police is used only to protect the bigs of the government at the cost of normal duty of police. Further, police and other such agencies are used to harass people’s right demands just because that uncovers inefficiency or bad actions of the government.
Is it not Hypocrisy of our laws, law-implementing machinery and the government ?
