    Aamir Cheema had clearly told the people you got hold of him and the police that he had gone to the newspaper office to kill the cartoon editor (though he was only slightly injured or, perhaps, not injured), then there remained no justification for Germans to put him in prison and torture him for over 6 weeks. He should have been presented in the court immediately.
